You will receive a tracking number by email for your order, please use this to monitor your shipment.

Additional taxes may be applied when. Since 1 January 2021, VAT and customs regulations differ based on the value of items shipped to the UK. The threshold for this distinction is set at £135.

• For goods valued at or below £135: Only UK VAT will apply, and there are no extra charges upon delivery.
• For goods valued over £135: The goods will be subject to UK VAT along with an approximate 20% customs import fee.

You can return an item within 14 days after receiving it. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging.

You can request a return-form by emailing us contact@studiodewild.com and we will assist you with a fast return. Please make sure to add the return-form to the package.

Once we've received your returned item(s), we will process it within 3 to 7 working days. Make sure you save your tracking code when you've shipped the item back to us. This way we can check where the package is. Studio de Wild is not responsible for lost returned packages. 

The shipping cost of returning item(s) to De Wild warehouse for an exchange or refund, is not covered or reimbursed by us. 

After we have processed your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be credited to the original payment method, within 3-7 working days. Please note: it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

All De Wild products are unique and have no variants, which means we are not accepting exchanges for items ordered.
